Venezuelan chargé d’affaires visits UPD

The government of Venezuela has expressed its interest in a possible academic and cultural partnership with UP Diliman (UPD).

This was conveyed by Venezuelan Chargé d’Affaires Richard Gregorio Espinoza Lobo as he paid a courtesy call to ³Ô¹ÏÂÛ̳Chancellor Edgardo Carlo L. Vistan II on Sept. 12 at the ³Ô¹ÏÂÛ̳Office of the Chancellor.

Accompanied by Sarah Raymundo, an assistant professor at the ³Ô¹ÏÂÛ̳Center for International Studies, Lobo met with Vistan for an exploratory talk for possible partnerships with universities in Venezuela.
